Woke up this morning and so badly wanted to give into my normal cravings of vegan buttered ciabatta bread, but decided to be good to myself and made a healthier choice. So here you have it: ciabatta bread with avocado, tomatoes, spring greens, fresh basil and seasonings. And a side of my addictive green tea. Here’s to a guilt free healthy start in the morning.
