Our Philosophy on Food

We believe that what you put in your body can either prevent or promote disease.  Heart disease, cancer, strove, diabetes and other dietary-related illnesses are amongst the top leading causes of death in America. Given this information and knowledge, me and my family have vowed to make a conscious effort to eat those foods that promote health, daily through a vegan lifestyle.  We’re not perfect; somedays we’re lazy and would rather indulge and eat-out, but this lifestyle choice is more about consistency than punishing ourselves for the occasional or rare indulgences.  I encourage you today to care for your body as a temple and it will serve you well in the long run.  The gift of health is the one of the best presents you can give yourself and your family, because without good health, nothing else truly matters.  So, make the choice today to not become another American statistic by fueling your body with healthy, healing foods.
