It’s been a while since I cooked. We’ve eaten out lots over the past few weeks, and it felt so good to get in the kitchen again, whip up this meal with a smile on my face like “I back”.
So here it is….veggie fried rice with fried plantains. It was relish…. just stir-fry your fav veggies with garlic + onions then add cooked rice. Adjust taste with your fav seasonings- mine were just salt & Tony Chacheres. 🙂
